Shine is striving towards bringing a holistic transformation in the society, through its programs such as Education, Employability skills, Menstrual Hygiene, Hygiene and Sanitation, Prevention of HIV/AIDS.

We will be privileged with your significant charities which helps a child to get Education, for youth to earn livelihood, a woman to come out of social taboos and confidently handle her menstruation and to build a sustainable environment. Therefore, your participation either direct or indirect does qualify the society for a better cause. By contributing funds to the organization, you are also availed the benefit under registered charitable organization eligible for tax exemption under sections 80 (G) and 12A (a) of Income Tax Act of 1961 recognized by the Government of India.

EDUCATION

Shine strives to enable the Government school students, through improving their English language. The uniqueness of our program; we focus on all aspects such as enhancing reading, writing, speaking abilities and improving grammar as well as vocabulary skills. We also educate the students about basic hygiene practices, civic responsibilities, moral education, and awareness about good and bad touch. Career guidance for SSLC students and activities focused on building a social responsibility in students.

EMPLOYABILITY SKILLS

Shine Trust up skills the students of different streams at various educational institutions through Employability skills program which is uniquely designed for grabbing the job in their desired fields.

MENSTRUAL HYGIENE

Shine Trust fighting vigorously to address the myths about menstruation, physical and emotional impact during the onset of menarche and menopause, gynac issues, consequence of improper menstrual management, usage of reusable menstrual absorbents to adolescent girls and women in rural, semi-urban and slum dwells. The focus of Menstrual Hygiene program is to empower women by alleviating a major constraint to their participation in education and public life.

HYGIENE AND SANITATION

We have stepped ahead to build an Eco- friendly Environment through the program "Hygiene and Sanitation". The aim is to promote the benefits of hygienic practices and protecting the environment through eco-friendly initiatives and to decrease the environment pollution.

HIV/AIDS AWARENESS PROGRAM

Shine is combating to prevent the spread of deadly disease HIV/AIDS through sensitization sessions and rallies for public awareness through the participation of college students at various educational institutions which throws the light on the physical, psycho-social and economical impact on individual as well as Nation.
